RMA has had the pleasure of working alongside Carruthers Contracting and Mavid Group to deliver this new residential and commercial subdivision in Brisbane’s Northern suburb, Morayfield.

Our team of civil engineers have been able to deliver significant efficiencies in the design process to increase the developable area of the commercial site. The Operational Works application for the residential component was approved in 5 business days under our mb+ accreditation which included detailed design works for roads, drainage and bulk earthworks.
