As part of addressing safety concerns at this intersection which is located on a steep grade, RMA Engineers undertook detailed design plans over a 350m section of Beechmont.

The project included the intersection layout at Borneo Road, pavement, longitudinal and cross sections, signage and line marking plan, street lighting, 150m retaining wall, 150m steel beam guardrail, bulk earthworks, a 200m bypass lane and preparation of a bill of quantities.
