The structure for Palm Lake Group’s Beachmere Bay championship undercover bowling is almost complete! The new Palm Lakes Beachmere Bay lifestyle community will provide modern living and recreational facilities and is located on the Beachmere waterfront.

RMA Engineers’s team provided early geotechnical advice to assist with the construction of the site’s pad, which is located on reclaimed soil from the nearby waterway. Our structural engineers then undertook the detailed design of the steel structure covering the 8 rink green, as well as the clubhouse and amenities at the front of the building.

We have enjoyed watching the structure take shape throughout our site inspections, and can’t wait to see it up and running for residents!
