Construction is in full swing for the Carnival Lane project at 174 Margaret Street! This unique project will repurpose an existing building into a vibrant community-focused meeting space and pedestrian walkway, greatly increasing the ease of access to the Toowoomba CBD.

With construction of the existing building dating back over 100 years, our team is working closely with Taddio Building Group to integrate the new walkway structure between the two existing buildings. Our design had to give consideration to both temporary support of the neighbouring common walls during construction, as well as the permanent solution for the architecturally-designed steel structure.
