RMA was engaged for the civil and structural design of the redevelopment including a new delinting plant, treatment and warehouse building, new laboratory, new administration building, cotton seed pit and handling equipment for new cotton seeds. In addition to the new building works, the existing levee has been redesigned and raised to protect the development.
