M6 Connect is a 19-lot industrial subdivision in Meadowbrook, south of Brisbane. RMA provided civil, stormwater and construction management for this $70 million development, conveniently located close to the Logan and Pacific Motorways in an already established commercial hub in the Gold Coast – Brisbane growth corridor.

RMA’s surface water team recognised the potential to increase the developable footprint of the site. They undertook a detailed flood assessment that revealed that, through compensatory earthworks design, an increase to the developable footprint of over 3,600 sqm could be achieved.

RMA undertook construction management services, including contract administration and site visit services.
