RMA was engaged to deliver the civil and stormwater engineering for this 168-lot subdivision in Bargara. RMA undertook a redesign of a previous consultants work to provide optimised designs that provided upfront savings and eliminated the need for potential rework during the later stages of the project.

We were able to provide our client with savings in excess of $1 million by negotiating with council on behalf of our client, resulting in rectification works rather than infrastructure replacement for the sewer and stormwater pipes.

In addition, the council agreed to a reduction in the length of the water main replacement required for the development with Council contributing to the cost of replacing the main.
