Located on the corner of an arterial and sub-arterial road in Morayfield, this mixed-use development contains 30 residential blocks and 3 commercial sites. RMA were engaged to undertake the civil and surface water engineering, as well as construction management of internal and external works.
Through Council negotiation and stormwater modelling, we were able to remove the need for stormwater quantity management for the site. This allowed our team to design a compact stormwater basin that increased the residential yield and increased the size of the commercial blocks.
To meet the development approval conditions, RMA integrated the design of the external infrastructure upgrades, including stormwater, traffic, water and sewer upgrades with Council’s future plans for the area.
