RMA delivered the engineering services for this 27-bed fully equipped mental health care facility for the Toowoomba community.

RMA’s structural, hydraulic and civil engineers completed all concept design engineering through to for construction documentation that required REPQ certification. All three teams then provided services during construction, including on-site visits for pre-start meetings and provided certification of compliance. Further, they also assisted in the tender award stage, answering any RFIs that arose during the process.

RMA consistently analysed the design to find efficiencies as the project progressed, highlighting our solution-focused approach, and our ability to bring a number of teams together to deliver efficient and practical solutions.
