Congratulations to S-Rack Australia Pty Ltd and the whole project team for the delivery of this new carpark solar system in Speers Point. Installed over an existing carpark, the system serves as a renewable energy source whilst providing users with undercover parking.

RMA’s structural team were challenged with developing a layout design that considered the sloping nature of the site and avoided existing underground infrastructure.
Through detailed modelling, we were able to design a layout that followed the sites natural grade, resulting in reduced steel quantities required for the framing. Once completed, we created itimised steel schedules based upon our model to assist with an efficient fabrication process.
