Amity stage 8A construction is in full swing on the back of 3-day turnaround on Councils operational works approval!  

RMA’s mb+ accreditation was leveraged to enable the development to achieve operational works approvals within 3 days, dramatically reducing the time between design finalisation and construction kick-off.   

Through our continued involvement in this project from it’s birth, we have been able to provide significant cost savings through an optimised bulk earthworks strategy across the multi-stage development. This will enable the contractor to borrow material from future stages to complete the cut and fill works across Stage 8A and ultimately reducing import and export costs.  

We are proud to see the next stage of the landmark Amity Narangba development progress into the construction phase. None of this could have happed without the extra efforts our team has made in the coordination and planning across multiple approvals with the local authority and an experienced Contractor!
