Construction of stage 1 for the 350-lot master-planned Kearney West development is now complete!

Located next to the RMA-designed Kearney East estate, the Kearney West development will provide buyers with picturesque blocks on Toowoomba’s Southside. All blocks will be sold with completed house pads ready for new owners to start construction straight away, saving the buyer both time and money!   

RMA’s civil and construction management teams have progressed the first two stages of the development from pre-DA through to construction. RMA completed the stormwater management plan, internal road and lot layout design, as well as designing and gaining authority approval for all trunk infrastructure. The design integrated a linear pathway throughout the master-planned site, providing walking trails, recreational space and exercise equipment for community enjoyment.
